Hatler just escaped the slammer and is on the run. Follow close behind is rough cop Pierce Paris. As Hatler thinks he can escape through an underground tunnel, he’s caught by Pierce Paris and given a lesson in hard justice. Rather than taking Hatler back to the slammer, Pierce Paris just slams his hole as punishment.
